Zuzana Dobrovolná’s first experience with Femme Palette was as a participant of the Leadership program. Eva Proksova has had a unique career path. After her university studies, she joined law enforcement in the service for the citizens of the Czech Republic and later on, for several years, she served in peacekeeping operations abroad – international missions aimed at monitoring and developing the conflict or post-conflict areas. Her last deployment in Donbas, Ukraine, was terminated by the outburst of the currently ongoing war. As part of her tasks in the missions covered ESG issues, she decided to continue in this path and currently participates in corporate sustainability as an ESG HR Specialist in Fortuna Entertainment Group. Imposter Syndrome is the term that we hear more often around us but do not necessarily understand. While some think they have never encountered it, others struggle with it daily. The truth is we are all imposters to some extent. The only difference is someone mastered the skill of overcoming the syndrome while others are just starting their journey of dealing with it. To better address the imposter syndrome, we need to understand what it is, who can suffer from it, and how to overcome it.
At Femme Palette, we want to support women and other underrepresented group members in growing their careers and achieving their professional goals.
