Well-being at Work: Designing a Personal Well-being Plan

Well-being is a key factor in leading a balanced working life and staying productive and effective in the workplace. But what is well-being exactly, and how does one create a personal well-being plan? This insight-packed workshop led by Organizational Psychologist, Business Coach & Trainer and Consultant Olga Zimmermann will introduce you to the practical model of well-being concept, as well as provide you with an assessment tool that will enable you to analyze your state of well-being and design an individual plan for its improvement.

Group mentoring will happen in group of 6 people and will be led by experienced Femme Palette mentors. Each mentoring table will be focused on a different topic.
