How the Career Growth Academy (Personal Branding) works

This 16-hour course will guide you through the essential steps of building a strong personal brand and using LinkedIn as a powerful tool to enhance your professional presence. The course includes 8 hours of interactive workshops led by Aneta Beranova and 8 hours of personalized career mentoring with professionals. You will learn how to craft content, engage your audience, and grow your network. By integrating ChatGPT, you will discover how to generate engaging content, interact with your network effectively, and strategically grow your personal brand. Each session blends theory with hands-on exercises to ensure that by the end of the course, you have the skills and strategies to effectively manage and evolve your personal brand.

8-hours of mastering personal branding on LinkedIn

We'll dive deep into professional branding on Linkedin with interactive workshops and hands-on training.

Session 1: Building a Visionary Personal Brand

In this session, you will learn how to lay the foundation for your personal brand and leverage LinkedIn as a key tool in your branding strategy. You will begin by defining your professional identity and aligning it with your career goals, exploring what you are known for and how to craft your reputation. Next, you will learn how to set visionary goals that will propel your career forward. Finally, you will gain an understanding of how LinkedIn can amplify your brand, expand your network, and help share your professional vision. The session includes an exercise to audit your LinkedIn profile and evaluate how it reflects your personal brand, along with tips for aligning it with your career aspirations.

Session 2: Crafting Personal Brand Content and Utilizing LinkedIn

This session focuses on creating content that reflects your personal brand, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn and how you can use ChatGPT to enhance your content creation process. You will learn how to develop content that showcases your expertise without bragging, and how to tell your story authentically to connect with your audience. Additionally, you will explore LinkedIn storytelling and posting strategies, and understand which types of posts perform best on the platform. You will also discover how to use ChatGPT to support your content creation, generating ideas for LinkedIn posts, profile updates, and professional introductions. By the end of the session, you will have crafted a new LinkedIn headline and post using ChatGPT.

Session 3: Strategic Growth and LinkedIn Engagement

This session is focused on setting strategic career goals and learning how to engage your LinkedIn network to support your brand’s growth. You will explore how to set milestones and break your career goals into manageable steps, ensuring that your personal brand is central to your action plan. You will also learn how to create meaningful interactions on LinkedIn by engaging with your audience through comments, sharing insightful content, and joining conversations. Additionally, the session will cover how to use ChatGPT for personalized outreach and follow-ups, ensuring consistent engagement. The session includes an exercise to draft an engagement strategy for the next month and create an action plan to achieve one of your career milestones via LinkedIn.

Session 4: Maintaining and Evolving Your Personal Brand

In the final session, you will learn how to track your personal brand’s success using LinkedIn analytics and feedback. You will understand which metrics matter, such as engagement, reach, and connection growth, and how to analyze them to refine your strategy. You will also learn how to sustain and adapt your personal brand over time, ensuring consistency while allowing for evolution. This session emphasizes the importance of adapting your brand to reflect new skills, career developments, and personal growth. The session includes an exercise where you will analyze the past three months of your LinkedIn activity and create a six-month evolution plan for your brand, using both LinkedIn and ChatGPT as key tools.

Meet the facilitator of the workshops - Aneta Berana

Passionate about creating meaningful change, Aneta has spent over a decade using strategic communication to turn ideas into impactful realities. Aneta has over 10 years of experience in business administration, marketing, public relations, and international relations. She is passionate about driving impactful change through strategic communication. As a Marketing Campaign Manager at dm drogerie markt Česko, she successfully led campaigns tailored to the Czech market while collaborating with international teams to adapt global strategies for local success. Aneta holds a Master’s degree in European Business Studies, with a focus on Marketing, and is fluent in Czech, German, English, and Italian. After three fulfilling years at dm, Aneta shifted her focus to projects with a lasting societal impact. She is now dedicated to PR and communication initiatives that promote equality, well-being, and satisfaction.

The academy offers personalized mentorship from experienced  professionals, helping participants apply new skills, navigate career challenges, and grow both personally and professionally.
