Get a coach to overcome
your professional challenges
and start winning in your career

In this program, you will receive 6 hours of sessions with a certified coach. You will have 4 months to use up your coaching hours and finish the program.

We accept into the program only people who are serious about their professional development. Not sure if you are fit for the program? Schedule consultations with us.

First, you have to fill an application form. It takes only 2-3 minutes. The next step is to submit your payment. When we receive your application, we’ll schedule a call with you to discuss your career challenges. We’ll let you know after the call if you were selected for the program.

If you are selected, you will be able to choose from 2 suggested coach profiles and asses your chemistry during a chemistry session. After that you'll have with your coach for 6 hourly sessions that happen bi-weekly (remotely). You will be eligible for 1 coach rematch after chemistry session.

You can apply to the program when you want. After we receive your payment, we reserve up to 2 weeks to find a coach for you. In many cases, you’ll get matched with your coach within a week from when we received your payment.

We have 2 payment options. You can either submit your payment upfront (this option is 5% cheaper), or you can split your payment into 3 installments. The installments will be deducted automatically from your card for the first 3 months of the program.

You can also pay through SODEXO, Benefit Plus, and Benefity. For this option, please skip the payment and talk to us about this on the call with the program manager. We charge an additional transaction fee of up to 10% for this payment method.

The discounted price is funded through our scholarship fund and is for any individuals who are purchasing the program by themselves. You can also use your learning budget, Benefit plus or Sodexo card for this option. Your name will be on the invoice. 

The standard price is for everyone who gets the program covered by their company and needs an invoice with the company details. This is the regular price of the program.

A Career Counsel or Career Consultant is an expert on finding and getting you the job you want and are qualified for. A career counsel typically reviews your CV and suggests improvements, assesses your strengths and weaknesses, makes recommendations on what to improve, does roleplays with you to prepare you for an interview, and in short, advises you on what to do in career matters. A Career Coach is going to enable you to find answers to your career questions. A Career Coach will also help you find the strength and willpower to take the steps to advance your career, once you discover the direction in which you want to go. The coach will NOT advise you nor tell you what career role would be suitable for you but will invite you to have a look inside of you as well as externally and find the answers for yourself. The answers are typically already in front of you but because of some barrier, you might not have been able to see them before.

You can join this program from any location! The sessions happen remotely regardless of where your coach is located.

You can! Although this program is promoted as a coaching program for women, we believe that anyone else can also need support and can learn from our coaches.

It’s not! Many of our coaches speak Czech. You can select the language of preference in the application form.
