Who are our members

Our community is vibrant and diverse, bringing together women from various cultures, nationalities, and professional backgrounds.

Members work across a wide range of industries, from HR and marketing to design and IT, in both startups and established corporations. Some are freelancers or entrepreneurs, building their own ventures.

While we welcome people of all ages, most members are typically women between 25 and 35.

How many in-person events do you organize and how often?

This depends on our local city ambassador who is responsible for organizing events in your location. It's safe to say though that you can look forward to several informal meet ups, networking events, and educational events with speakers throughout the year.

How many online events do you organize and how often?

We hold at least one online event each quarter. If you register for an online event, you will also receive access to the recording.

Do I have to pay to attend your events?

Most of our smaller, informal events such as meet ups are free to attend or we charge a small fee. For events with a more structured program and speakers, we may decide to charge for admission. You'll always find out if an event is free or paid in the invitation.

Do I have to be a community member to join your mentoring programs?

Our programs are open to anyone to join, not just for members. In fact, if you join one of our programs without previously having been a member, you'll automatically receive access to member perks for the duration of the program (invitations to events, access to our Slack channel, resources, and more).

Where do I have to be located to become a community member?

Our community is global - you can join us from anywhere in the world! However, we advise that you join via your local chapter page (if available) so that you can receive tailored invitations to events in your location.

I don't identify as a woman. Can I still join the community?

Yes, absolutely! Although the focus of our community is empowering women in their careers, anyone who shares our values and wants to network in a safe space is welcome to join.
