Elizabeth Prendergast

I am an ex-consultant turned software engineer currently leading one of the brilliant engineering teams Starling Bank in London, UK. Prior to my career change, I spent three years in financial services consulting with EY working across banking regulation, credit risk modelling, technology, and innovation. I am an advocate for making software engineering an accessible career path for anyone and helping increase the diversity in the industry.

When I'm not at my keyboard, you can usually find me travelling, cooking, lifting weights at the gym, or somewhere out in nature searching for an adventure.
