We are incredibly proud to announce the winners of our 2024 Mentor Awards! This is the second edition of our awards, and once again, we are in awe of the remarkable contributions from our mentors. What we do at Femme Palette would never be possible without our amazing community of mentors, which has continued to grow over the years. Our mentors come from diverse countries, backgrounds, and professional fields, each with unique career paths and expertise. We want to take this opportunity to extend a huge thanks to all of them!
Given that it would be impossible to individually acknowledge each of our 1000+ mentors around the world, we have selected 80 mentors + 14 nominated by mentees across 6 categories to recognize for their exceptional efforts and results. This year, each category features a slightly different number of winners, as we had more mentees in some categories and wanted to give space to acknowledge more mentors.
Meet the winners of the Femme Palette Mentor Awards 2024 below!
This category celebrates some of the newer faces within our mentor community who are already mentoring one or more mentees. Despite their relatively short time spent with us so far, these mentors are producing outstanding results and mentee feedback on them is filled with praise.
Nidhi Sharma (also selected in Mentees’ Choice category)
These mentors have gone above and beyond their mentoring activities and contributed frequently with content to our blog or other resources, or been actively engaged with our social media accounts and in our Slack community.
These mentors have been actively working with us for years now, and have had some of the highest numbers of mentees who they’ve helped and supported. Thanks for all your hard work, loyalty, and longstanding dedication!

Mentors in the Impact category have been actively supporting mentees in our various social impact projects, such as recipients of mentoring scholarships or mentees enrolled in collaboration with the non-profit Nadání a dovednosti which helps young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds successfully enter the job market.
Jana was always willing and helpful with everything we discussed. She provided me with insights from her perspective, which broadened my horizons. With her help, I was able to make progress, especially in time management, and I became more certain about the direction I want to pursue in the future.
