The event opened with a session by Lucie Neumanova, CEO and Co-founder of Femme Palette, who spoke on Mentorship Without Walls: The Benefits of External Guidance. Lucie highlighted the advantages of seeking mentors outside one’s organization, emphasizing the unique perspectives and unbiased insights that external mentors can provide. Moderated by Pavel Blaha from Femme Palette, the panel featured Peter Podprocký (Škoda Academy), Barbora Kosnarova (Direct Family), and Bob Flynn (Wrike).
