I am an inspirational and motivational coach with PCC certification (Professional Certified Coach) focusing on how to manage a manager’s role successfully, how to motivate oneself and others and use coaching principles and techniques while working with people.I have two loves – coaching and climbing. In both I accompany the other person on the path to the top – whether it involves climbing a mountain or achieving success at work or in life. My background is in HR, project management and entrepreneurship. I believe that each of us is an original and has the capacity to succeed. Only sometimes happens that we forget this. And that is my mission – to help people discover their resources, their inner strength. So they can reach their goal, change what they want to change, to believe in themselves more, or simply to have more fun.
