An ICF-trained coach and career guide since 2021, currently based in France, I support driven professionals on their journey towards a fulfilling career.
Before diving into career coaching, I spent 10+ years in international talent acquisition, across agency and corporate settings, in the Czech Republic, Belgium, the UK, Germany, and France. I am closing in on 20 years of expatriate life, all of those countries plus China from 2019-2022 (yes, during the Covid-19 period, what an adventure that was).
Along the way, my passion for the world of recruitment never faded. If anything, it grew, pulling me into cognitive science, topics like coaching, neuroscience, instructional design..., because understanding how people think, learn, and grow is what truly drives me.
