- (Re-)Framing problems and hypotheses
- Surveys; Usability testing, Explorative interviews, Journey mapping (remote and in person)
- Workshop facilitation - critiques, journey mapping, design studios, brainstormings etc. (remote and in person)
- Conceptual design, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)
- Communication with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Documentation for development
- Outcome oriented - setting up criteria for success, metrics and subsequent evaluation
- Collaborating with the design system team to improve patterns used in the product
- Knowledge sharing - Delivering company-wide presentations about discovery findings or new approaches tried in our team
- Leading product wide initiatives
- Contributing to product strategy
