Vit Sychra

I am a Datacenter Integration Sourcing Manager within Microsoft's Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) organization, based in Prague, Czech Republic. Over the past decade at Microsoft, I have held various sourcing and procurement roles, working across countries, cultures, and business challenges while helping enable the growth of Microsoft's datacenter footprint across EMEA.

Outside of work, I am a husband and father of two. Sport has always been an important part of my life. I was a member of the Czech National Volleyball Team and still enjoy staying active, although these days I spend a bit more time watching sports, especially as a passionate NFL fan.

I enjoy reading, learning, and listening to podcasts on a wide range of topics, from leadership and psychology to technology and history. I am also a strong believer in the benefits of cold-water immersion.
