I’m here to listen, create space for reflection, and support you in achieving your goals, including finding a healthy work-life balance. Together, we’ll improve your communication, adapt to change, and strengthen your leadership skills. I also offer guidance on teamwork, negotiation, and setting clear goals.

I hold an international business degree, product and marketing certifications, and have completed formal coaching training. Outside work I practice yoga and diving, both as hobbies and as tools to enhance wellbeing.
