I bring over 40 years of experience in marketing and advertising working at agencies and corporations and as a business owner. As a result, I am passionate about building personal and professional brands with the goal of reaching true potential. A few of my guiding principles include curiosity, passion, excellence, creativity, communication and giving back.

Currently, I spend my time as a Marketing Advisor, Professional/Personal Mentor, Non-Profit Consultant and Entrepreneurial Coach, inspiring others and companies to succeed.

When I'm not wearing my business hat, I'm a private chef, cooking fresh, healthy meals to meet the lifestyle goals of my clients, hiking in the mountains to take in the beauty of the forest or sitting on my meditation cushion for relaxation.
