Roxanna Moldoveanu

Over 20 years ago, I started my professional journey by launching a tech startup in Romania. It was an exciting adventure that led to a successful sale, and a piece of it still thrives today. Later, I moved to the Netherlands and worked in tech and pharma, taking on leadership roles where I discovered my love for helping teams grow and succeed.

Since my early 20s, I’ve been building teams, hiring people, and figuring out what makes workplaces tick. I’m great at spotting strengths and weaknesses quickly and love giving honest, action-focused coaching that helps people move forward. I also help women prepare for interviews by looking at their profiles and those of their interviewers, so they can show up confident and ready.

I care deeply about gender balance and believe in helping women achieve financial equality while embracing what makes us unique. My work is all about empowering women to thrive and succeed in their own way.
