I am Rafna Bash, CEO and Founder of Aktibeto, an online venture dedicated to empowering women returning to tech careers after a break and those transitioning into the tech industry. As a seasoned Tech Consultant, I have been instrumental in advising and strategizing with startup founders, small businesses, and organizations, helping them understand their technical needs and building a path toward success.
As a mentor to women in tech, I am passionate about guiding them to develop their skills and excel in their careers. I also take pride in being a caring daughter, older sister, loving wife, and dedicated mother who successfully balances family and work life.
