From corporate giant to local champion — after 8 years at IBM/Kyndryl, I swapped the global scene for a dynamic Czech company supporting the country’s top insurers.

My journey? A bit of a zig-zag (the best kind): from administrative support to team leadership, from HR to Mainframe to DevOps… and now, full circle, back to HR — where my heart’s always been.

Today, I partner with managers to untangle their daily dilemmas — think company therapist, just without the couch or the hourly rate.

Outside of work, I’m an active volunteer and BRG member. I recharge on the slopes, the beach volleyball court, in nature, or with a good book, and long "whiskey talks" with friends.

My Gallup Top 5? Responsibility, Relator, Achiever, Arranger, Individualization — which basically means I get stuff done, I connect deeply, and I see what makes each person shine.
