As trainer, facilitator and L &D professional I 'm helping organizations,teams and individuals develop skills, drive behaviours and mindsets they need to achieve their goals by designing innovative, fit for purpose solututions. As a coach I'm guiding individuals to be aware of and actively use their strengthts, find their life purpose and set them up for success and accelerate their careers.
Throughout my professional journey I had opportunity to build complex L&D projects and initiatives s from the scratch and scale them the up from local to regional or global level, such as such as On-boarding programs, Skills-based Academies or Talent development programs for diverse employee populations.
My big passion is leadership skills development and coaching.
