I am a CIMA qualified (Fellow) Finance Lead and Business Partner experienced in managing and implementing global financial strategies for project, product and service oriented, multinational corporations to consolidate decision making and efficient problem solving.

I have a strong track record of designing sustainable management operating systems (further, MOS) and delivering robust internal controls, in often financially volatile regions, and emerging / developing markets, while creating financial models starting from a 'big picture' perspective to stabilize financial performance and mitigate risk. This includes, as Regional Finance Leader at Honeywell, introducing and implementing MOS and conducting a business turnaround in Asia Pacific (2017-19), and improving Middle Eastern financial forecasting accuracy from 50% to 95%, and embedding robust internal controls to stabilize the ongoing forecasting process. As FP&A, I manage $1.3Bn business world-wide through timely and accurate information delivery to management for effective decision making.

Having 20+ years of experience in various business industries incl. telecommunications in the UK and Kazakhstan, audit and consulting in O&G, banking, finance, manufacturing sectors (KPMG) in Central Asia, business partner in industrial automation (Honeywell) in APAC, Europe and CIS, I understand different parts of the business from the inside.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Throughout my career I’ve worked in Russia, the UK, UAE, Malaysia, Kazakhstan & Czechia from where I covered 42 counties.

MENTORING
Since 2016 I provide mentorship support in Menttium US-based organisation, and from 2021 in The Mentoring Club, CA based. During my career I have developed successful cases of my peers, subordinates.

CAREER COACHING AND CONSULTING was a natural development for me as I coached more than 15 years in the corporate world and helped to develop careers to more that 50 people. In 2021 I did a career pivot and got diploma in career consulting. Besides this I am certified for coaching since 2020, and in business coaching Catalyst program since Feb 2023.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Being FCMA since 2018, I am a strong ambassador of CGMA Professional qualification (CIMA & AICPA). In 2022 I was nominated to represent Czechia in Regional Engagement Committee for Mainland Europe, along with only 10 European nominates. My activity will continue till mid 2023.
