People spend a big portion of their lives at work, and my professional goal is to make sure it's a productive, healthy, and happy time for them. And to achieve this goal, I do my best to help others communicate better, create a feedback culture, keep companies and people accountable, and show individuals how valuable they are and how they can contribute.

I started as a recruiter in an agency, but after some time I realized that I want to witness how the people I recruit grow. I want to be a part of their journey!
Now, as Head of HR & Talent Development at tribe47 (Launch & Growth marketing agency for e-commerce) I do what I can to keep my people happy in our tribe. I aim to build processes and culture that allow people to achieve their professional goals while helping the company achieve business KPIs.
I also co-created the recruitment agency talent47, where we make sure candidates have the best experience they possibly can.
