Maja Rugman Baranova

As a mentor, I help people figure out their career path aligned with who they are and who they would like to be, while staying genuine to themselves. I support them when making difficult career decisions, bring perspective and ask impactful questions. I benefit from years I spent working in the HR field and from my personal experience, from lots of people I have met and spoke with while recruiting, working with employees, communities, and especially hundreds of mentors.

I built an HR department from scratch, interviewed hundreds of people and mentors, made crucial strategic decision and have had difficult conversation. I understand where people are coming from, what are their needs and where are they heading. I know too well how it feel to deal with a lot of struggles in and outside of work, all at once, and the impacts of challenging life situations on one's capacity to thrive. I am a strong believer in never giving up, working with multiple perspectives and positive reframing.
