Laura Eggeling

I am an idealistic and passionate HR Professional who has worked in multiple industries and company and team sizes and had touchpoints with all HR functions. My focus areas are German employment law, admin and recruitment. I specifically feel at home in smaller startups in the tech domain where nothing is more important than innovation, creativity and cost effectiveness. I also very much enjoy from scratch work and implementing or revising structures and processes to become as efficient as possible. I have recently become a people leader and absolutely love being a supporter, mentor, coach for my small team and seeing them excel at their jobs as much as being a consultant and sparring partner for colleagues and management.

In my sparetime I enjoy spending time with my dogs and playing somewhat complex boardgames until late at night.
