🙋🏼‍♀️ I am an experienced UX Researcher with background in Anthropology and Human Ethology. At my work, I focus on strategic research that helps answer complex questions. I work closely with designers, engineers, developers product managers, product directors, etc.

💪🏻 I consider it a success when colleagues get involved and talk about my research. However, this doesn't happen overnight or with one well-conducted research. It took me hard work and a lot of time to learn how to engage (difficult) stakeholders in research and how to communicate my findings effectively.

🤓 I like being a mentor as I enjoy passing on my knowledge and setting other people up for success.
I'm passionate about research and my virtual door is always open.

🏔 When I'm not doing UX research or talking about it, I like to climb mountains (the higher, the better). There I feel really free and happy. Plus, the things I learn in the mountains help me in my every day (work) life :).
