Josef Vlasak

As a Director of Enterprise Architecture, I lead Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment of strategy to execution in the payments card industry.

As a Chair of the Global Architecture Board, I reviewed, approved and gave recommendations for the Design of all IT Projects and Products of The Group, across over 60 countries and all legal entities.

As a member of the Governance team, I fostered the environment for all shades of Architects in The Group, so that we have the tools and resources we need, best practices are developed, shared and celebrated and people have opportunities to learn and grow.

I had great mentors early in my career and believe in giving back, while learning a lot from my mentees at the same time.
