I am currently working as a quality manager, my role is to maintain the quality system and supervise distributors in the EMEA region.

For 5 years I managed the marketing of a technology distribution company in 5 international regions. My business unit focused on software for the construction and engineering industries.
I created the marketing plan in line with the brand strategy, managed marketing and training service providers. I planned the strategy and budget. I worked mainly in online marketing. I implemented global campaigns and created local campaigns. I collaborated on projects with colleagues and partners across Europe and with the company's European leadership.

My other role was to help salespeople with their development, lead generation and meeting sales targets. I coached them in marketing, provided personal education, and mediated in marketing and sales. I was a "Trusted Advisor" for the partners.


I am passionate about marketing, I am marketing mentor for #HzM. I think it is also important to help people in developing. I was also ambassador of the project #všichnizB2B (all from B2B).
