With 11 years of procurement experience, Irma drives technology and software sourcing initiatives in collaboration with product teams. She also offers CV and interview mock-up assistance with the unique value proposition of providing insights into companies' internal structures to help navigate between template role titles and one's competencies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Irma loves diving into new ventures, whether it's self-publishing or creating courses.
