Erin Gallegos

Over my 20+ year career, many of my roles focused on one core thing in different forms: helping people to say the right thing, at the right time, in the right way. As an editor, writer and communications leader, I've worked with hundreds of people over the years to clarify what they want to say and learn how best to say it. That's made me good at asking questions, reading between the lines, and advising people.

Today, I take that broad set of skills and put it to use with my many years' experience working with young people, as the COO of Moonshot Platform, a global youth leadership development platform and impact accelerator.

Feel free to talk to me about relocation, cross-cultural issues, diverse organizational cultures, and big career shifts. Since having my son in 2019, I've also navigated the challenges of returning from maternity leave, and working (single) motherhood.
