Elena has lived all her life in a multi cultural diverse environment. At the age of 6 she asked her parents to send her to English lessons because she wanted “to communicate” with her new friends from Australia and Taiwan.
Fast forward, she build a career of 20 years in international B2B and B2C American and Japanese corporations covering analytical and strategic roles in pricing, forecasting and market researches. From Business Analyst to leading a multicultural department as a Business Intelligence Manager and Commercial Excellence Manager. Over the years she worked with 44 different nationalities…and counting.
Today Elena is an ICF accredited coach and she coaches mid-senior multi national professionals at an inflection point in their career. They are stuck because they cannot identify and plan their next steps. A new role? A discovery of their “superpowers” to get a promotion, or a new profession?
Elena strives to be the coach she needed in her corporate years. Her coaching philosophy is to start from the person, not the job title and explore what’s underneath. She combines strengths assessment with positive intelligence techniques. Her clients usually refer to her as the “action” coach with a disruptive view. See them fulfilled is her mission.
