What I love most, is combining stratigic discussions on working with employees and contractors with other fields - Lean management, diversity management, finance, supply chain, sales. HR is my area of expertise - from recruitment and selection, talent management through training and development, company culture and strategic planning in HR, finishing with compensation and benefits. I have been in this field for 14 years in various roles. Right now I am supporting clients in mapping their HR processes and checking where automation and properly implemented software would help them. I have a psychology background and have spent 1/3 of my life living in different cultures (originally I am from Poland but I have lived in the US, in Germany, now - in the Czech Republic). I like a good book, pole sport stole my heart to keep fit, my baby boy taught me how to be a parent, an employee and myself all at the same time.
