I'm a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC), ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and fundraising / communications consultant with 18 years' experience across strategic and creative roles, both client side and agency. I have sector experience spanning B2C, B2B, third sector and local government.

As a coach and mentor, my goal is to support people doing positive work in the world, especially the restless achievers, so they can find better balance in life and work. I want to make sure they avoid burnout, so they can continue having incredible impact for years to come.

When I'm not working, you'll find me walking my 18-month-old rescue puppy, trying out crafts, hiking in the hills, reading or travelling.
