I am a trained architect with a focus on urban planning and later specialized in mobility as well as sustainable business models and their implementation. With almost 20 years of experience in start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporations, I have built and scaled companies as a senior executive, optimizing customer-oriented processes – most recently as Director of Service Operations in an international scale-up. My focus is on strategy, structure and leadership, always placing a high value on people and sustainable solutions.
