Anna Kapuścińska

I'm a software engineer with a wide experience across the industry. I worked as a backend engineer and site reliability engineer in mid-size companies in various sectors: AdTech, FinTech, public healthcare, end-user product company and a technology vendor. For a few years I work fully remotely in multi-cultural teams distributed across timezones. A lot of my career overlapped with companies' fast growth periods and I helped to build and scale the culture each time. More recently, I'm also doing quite a bit of public speaking at tech conferences.
