My profession is dedicated to the development of potential. As a consultant, facilitator, coach and project manager, I accompany individuals, teams and entire organisations on their journey of development and transformation. With more than a decade of coaching experience, I help my clients to look at situations from a distance, from a different perspective and from the whole.
