Would you like to grow professionally in the field of marketing by working with a mentor? Our marketing mentors help their mentees explore all the possibilities marketing has to offer. They support their mentees in setting goals in personal development, strategic communications, providing digital marketing mentoring and identifying the resources needed to improve their skills to be an effective marketer.

With a global mentor community from different backgrounds, our mentors have different experiences to share with their mentees making every mentoring experience unique. To give you a glimpse of our diverse mentor community, we introduce to you 12 of our mentors in the field of marketing.

Lenka Koenigsmark

Lenka is an energetic Marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience effectively managing marketing projects from conception to completion. She leads remote international teams and holds accountability for decisions made. She prepares and oversees 360 degree marketing activities for multiple markets with a focus on online and social media campaigns. She is also a D&I ambassador, lecturer and motivational speaker on platforms such as TEDx, VOGUE conference, Femme Palette, HR(R)Evoluce. 

Christina Mann Harutyunyan

Christina is a female leader and entrepreneur. She is passionate about workplace culture, diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities to all. With about 15 years of experience in different marketing disciplines, she has built and managed remote international marketing teams. Using her creativity and talent for ideation, she initiated over the past 9 years at Google several successful pilots that were later scaled into other markets and recognized on both EMEA and global level. She completed an executive educational program at Wharton Business School prepared in partnership with Google.

She has held LatAm and EMEA leadership roles in a Silicon Valley company and currently leads the EMEA marketing efforts for a London-based scale-up company. She has also worked on market research and content development and started her career in the video/cinema post-production industry. She identifies as a generalist, who has acted in diverse fields and believes that having a learner attitude is a superpower. 

Angeley Mullins

Her experience focuses on commercial growth: revenue, marketing, brand, sales, product, and international expansion in both technology scale-ups & larger corporations. In 2023 Crunchbase recognised her, along with other prominent technology leaders, as one of the most influential women in sales. Furthermore she also holds advisory roles with various technology and media companies. She has a special interest for advancing the conversation around women in leadership and diversity at the executive level.

Her specialties are in B2B/ABM for both sales and product-led models, as well as leading marketing teams with both passion and empathy. Outside of work, she is a single mom of two teenagers continuously seeking work/life balance through yoga and the outdoors.

Victoire Ferrari

Having been lucky to meet and receive the support of amazing coaches and role models, she would love to give some of this back by providing others too with a safe space for them to find and reach their purpose. A mum of two young girls, she is passionate about women's development and empowerment. She is also very conscious about sustainability and advocates and acts through personal and professional actions to contribute towards a more sustainable world. In the last couple of years, she has been a Marketing Manager and senior consultant (CZ & SK) for a mid-size private owned company focused on premium spirit brands. She leads and develops smaller teams, which includes HR responsibilities. Science and Health: Why are women missing information men have had available for ages? And what do we already know about the female body today?

Women have been, and unfortunately still are, often overlooked in health research. Even in the 1990s, women were rarely included in clinical studies. This lack of research has led to a higher rate of adverse drug reactions—twice as high compared to men. Women with metal hip implants had a 29% higher likelihood of implant failure due to anatomical differences. Diagnosing endometriosis takes an average of 7–10 years, despite up to 10% of reproductive-age women worldwide suffering from it. Only in 2022 did a Harvard study confirm that women's representation in research remains insufficient. For a long time, the male body was considered the medical norm. Today, we know this simply isn't the case.

Věda a zdraví: Proč ženám chybí informace, které mají muži dávno k dispozici? A co už dnes víme o ženském těle?

Ženy byly a bohužel stále jsou ve zdravotnickém výzkumu často přehlíženy. Ještě v devadesátých letech minulého století byly do klinických studií zahrnovány jen zřídka. Nedostatek výzkumu na ženách vedl k vyšší míře nežádoucích účinků léků - dvakrát vyšší než u mužů. U žen s kovovými kyčelními implantáty byla o 29 % vyšší pravděpodobnost selhání kvůli anatomickým rozdílům. Diagnostika endometriózy trvá v průměru 7 - 10 let a celosvětově jí trpí až 10 % žen v produktivním věku. Až v roce 2022 studie Harvardu potvrdila, že zastoupení žen je ve výzkumech nedostatečné. Mužské tělo bylo dlouho bráno jako lékařská norma. Dnes už víme, že to tak prostě není.
