I have worked in the field of leadership and management, development of individuals and organizations for my whole professional live. For the last ten years, I have helped managers (recent and future too) to better manage stresfull situation, to find visions of their lives and overcome all kinds of crises. With my clients I have carried out all activities regarding people and culture management, strategic planning and process orientation. I am a certified coach and an emphatic listener.

Almost two decades in international companies gave me a wealth of experience in management, HR and communication.
Thanks to years of volunteering and supporting the activities of non-profit companies, I came to understand the meaning of meaningfulness.
Many years in consulting have provided a lot of knowledge of various types of business models, managements and industries. I am constantly moving in the environment of profit-making companies and non-profit organizations.

I spend most of my time and energy on relationships. In my family, with my friends, clients and personalities who inspire me.

I am a grown woman and I know myself. I know my strengths and weaknesses. Making mistakes teaches me.

I am also Adopting and foster care evangelist and Counselor for managing serious illness.
