Hi all,

I'm Vicky Bartova, a Talent Sourcer, Career Сonsulter, Interpreter, Speaker, and Office Management guru. I'm an admitted workaholic, but when I'm not working, I cherish time with my family and enjoy travelling the world by car with my bulldog.

I think I have built an untypical career, wearing many hats throughout my professional journey. I began as a Journalist, transitioned into Office Manager and Talent sourcing roles, and now provide consultations as a Mentor.

My diverse experience spans various areas, including mass media, the energy industry, and, in the last few years, information technology.

Working with international companies has allowed me to learn from top specialists and expand my horizons.

These experiences have enriched my knowledge base, which I now share with others, helping them navigate their career paths.
