I am a coach and mentor with professional experience across consulting and corporate environments. However in recent years, my focus has shifted more deeply toward working with people and their inner experience.
I do coaching with horses and continue to deepen my approach through training in coaching, experiential education, and psychotherapy.
My work is grounded in listening and curiosity rather than top-down advice. I help people slow down, gain perspective, and turn insight into practical, sustainable action in their professional and personal lives.
