Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in Türkiye, the Czech Republic, and Germany, adapting to different cultures, environments, and challenges. My experience spans large matrix organizations, agile startups, and scale-ups, which shaped my perspective and strengthened my ability to navigate complexity and drive impactful change. In my role, I focus on balancing business needs with employee experience, creating workplaces that are both human-centered and performance-driven. I enjoy partnering with leaders to find solutions that support people while aligning with organizational goals. My expertise covers HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and building people functions. Outside work, I enjoy painting, fitness, reading, traveling, and learning German.
