Thorsten Löffler

Thorsten is the first one in his family who graduated from a university. The Aim of his father was that he works as an administration clerk in the public service sector because of the high level of security. That is why he studied economics instead of social work which was his original plan. You can imagine that his career path wasn’t that easy. He worked in toxic work environments and it took a while until he reached a high level of self-confidence.
Finally, he achieved that he works in a profession that he really enjoys today with a high level of flexibility. As a Empowerment & Career Coach, he is able to combine his almost 15 years of work experience in different fields of HR management, integration & diversity management, international project management in South Africa, and his passion about helping and supporting people.
