Before moving into People Strategy, I spent a decade running commercial operations across CEE. That gave me a rare fluency in both worlds. I understand what the business needs and what people need to deliver it, and I've learned how to hold both without losing sight of either.
As a mentor, I bring that same curiosity and care to whatever we work on together. Wherever you're at, I want to understand your world properly, the practical, the human, the messy real-world bits, and help you find solutions that actually fit.
