With 3 years of leadership and 5 years in IT, my background spans project management, business applications, and cross-functional collaboration—always with a focus on data-driven culture and teamwork.

Before entering the world of tech, I pursued a career as a competitive athlete in the U.S. A life-changing injury forced me to rebuild, teaching me resilience, adaptability, and purpose. Transitioning into IT with a degree in International Business Management, while living abroad, brought challenges that shaped my perspective.

My purpose is to foster an environment where individuals and teams feel empowered to grow and align their strengths with their vision. Mentoring is my way of giving back—by listening, motivating and supporting others as they navigate their own journey with confidence.
