I’m a Berlin-based Career and Business Coach with 10+ years of experience in tech companies as a manager leading teams and collaborating with founders and executives.

I worked in several sectors, ranging from market research to interior design and education, and holding a variety of roles: community building and engagement, PR, events organization, business development, partnership and operations.
I also built digItaly, the community of Italians in tech in Berlin.

Now I guide professionals through their career change and development and I work with leaders and organizations to develop empowering working environments. I focus on a people-centered approach.
