Taiwanese-American HR professional with a global background, educated in Taiwan, the U.S., the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Launched her career in Dubai and is currently based in Barcelona.

She brings extensive HR expertise, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR projects, and Employer Branding. Her experience spans industries such as Luxury Hospitality, Upscale/Luxury F&B, Luxury Retail, Beauty Services, Import, Consulting, and tech sectors including AdTech, MarTech, InfluencerTech, D2C, SaaS, and FinTech.

She has hands-on experience across various business life cycles — from pre-openings and early-stage startups to high-growth scale-ups, unicorns, and corporate companies — enabling her to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.

Having lived and worked as an expat and immigrant in four countries, and raised abroad from a young age, she identifies as a Third Culture Kid, shaped by a multicultural upbringing and a globally adaptive mindset.
