Sarka Kohoutova

Sarka is a Sr Business Program Manager at Microsoft Development Center Prague with over 18 y of experience. Sarka has held various positions, including Community & Customer Success PM. Currently, she serves as the Microsoft CE ERG Lead and the Head of Women In Tech Network Czechia.

Sarka is passionate about mentoring and has extensive experience in 1-1 mentoring and leading mentoring circles. She has successfully guided individuals through career transitions. Her experience as an executive business administrator has equipped her with "leading leaders" skills.

As a single mother, Sarka understands the challenges of balancing work and life. She is dedicated to educating children in STEM, especially encouraging girls to pursue these fields. Sarka is a lifelong learner with a passion for education and development projects. Known for her expertise in project management, feedback management, and virtual events, she is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
