I am currently on maternity leave and quite fully occupied with my 1yr old baby girl Victoria and at the same time I manage to work "a bit" in content and copywriting for one client. Therefore I would prefere to mentor later on this year of from Jan 2024, depending how things setřel down and time allows.
Anyway would be glad to stay within FP team for further cooperation.

What I could bring at the moment is some sort of flexible online/ email constultancy, preferably for someone who needs urgent help and is fine to adjust his/ her schedule to my free slots. Not super, if this could be the case, still, I am trying to offer at least this bit of support :-)


My personality: teamplayer, who can bring authentic, optimistic, dynamic personal touch as an addition to my 20-years´professional experience in HR - recruitment, L&D, Comp&Ben, Communication, Marketing, Employee Care, International HR Projects, freelance career, Copy & Content writing.

I've also mentored twice at Marketing Academy #holkyzmarketingu, which is a unique and boosting experience for me and also my mentee. Therefore believe I could be an asset to another women community. May there be any interested lady/ gentleman to be led in "Le Pére Fouras" or "Master Yoda" style :-) who seek to find her "inner peace" in demanding business life, I shall be truly happy to meet.
Networking, openness, fair play, support, empathy, listening skills, people-orientation, finding opportunity in every challenge, seeing the glass half-full...are some of the key virtues that my describe me.

For my business experienece I recommend to check my LI profile, still I prefer to mentor in HR, Marketing, Internal/ External Communication, Education, Motivation, Career change or areas as stated above.
