Over my career, I’ve worked across executive coaching, large-scale organizational development programs and people development in both Fortune 500 and public-sector environments — from managing cross-functional teams and $100MM P&L at Gartner, to building and running the Executive Leadership Academy for the State of Texas, to advising leaders at Demandbase, Neiman Marcus Group, Google, the U.S. Government, and Microsoft. I’m most effective in moments of transition — when leaders are stepping into bigger roles and bigger change.

What I bring that’s harder to find: I’ve sat in the seat I now help others grow into. Having been a VP and Global Director in tech, that P&L and team-leadership experience means I’m not theorizing about the pressure senior leaders face — I design coaching and programs that actually hold up against it. I’m an ICF-ACC certified coach with a Hudson Institute credential, and I build everything from 1:1 executive coaching to cohort-based leadership development academies to enterprise-wide learning and development strategy.
