Sara Fedele

Sara Fedele is the PR and Communications Lead at Kickstart Innovation, bringing extensive experience in marketing, communications, and business development across both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.

As an affiliated B Leader by B Lab Switzerland, in 2025 she co-founded Kaizen Impact, advising startups and SME on their impact assessment strategy, B Corp Certification and ethical marketing strategy. In 2020, she co-founded Impact Hub Ticino, a non-profit organization dedicated to social innovation and sustainability, where she played a key role in ecosystem building and strategic initiatives.

Prior to this, she worked with startups, enterprises, and organizations, supporting their growth and driving impact-driven projects through digital strategy and open innovation. She is also involved in mentoring entrepreneurs and young professionals in their career, and actively supports initiatives that foster female leadership.
