Hello, I'm a Career and Mindset Coach and a Talent Acquisition freelancer.
I've spent the majority of my career in the corporate world in various global Talent Acquisition roles, Executive Search and more recently working with startups.
Last year I finally decided to combine my passion of coaching with talent and started my career coaching business- Toki Mindset & Talent. It's proved an amazing and truly transformative journey!

I've had both coaches and mentors in the past and experienced first hand how empowering it can be to have someone sharing their experiences and knowledge to help you get the results you strive for, faster.
I currently volunteer as both a coach and a mentor and derive enormous satisfaction form helping others.
I'm originally from Portugal but now live in the UK with my husband and two kids and a virtual pet ( the actual pet lives in Portugal with my parents :).
