Sabina Kukačková

Sabina is an executive and leadership mentor, an ICF-certified coach, and an NLP Master Practitioner. She brings 25+ years of experience from multinational companies in the automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries, primarily in sales and strategic procurement, across EMEA, Asia, and North America. She has led both small and large teams and understands the reality of decision-making under pressure as well as the day-to-day demands of corporate life.
She helps managers and leaders build momentum for clear, effective decisions that are not driven by stress or pressure. She teaches practical stress and focus tools so they can sustain performance in line with their individuality and a healthy work–life balance—without burnout or unnecessary missteps.
She draws on strong corporate experience and combines it with a human, yet highly effective deep-work approach. Since 2019, she has collaborated with Coaching University as a Senior Mentor and Lecturer.
