Šárka Volejníková

Šárka is the Head of People & Care at Direct Fidoo, where she and her team make sure the company runs like a well-oiled machine. They focus on making sure everyone feels good, supports each other, and works towards the same goals. She’s been in HR for over 15 years, starting out while she was still in college. She jokes that now she can’t imagine doing anything else. Her experience spans from local startups to an international corporation, where she handled the CEE region. She’s got a knack for company culture and HR strategy, and knows how to bridge the gap between HR and business.

For Šárka, it’s super important to support the connection of communities, inspire and give back to society, especially (but not only) in the Czech Republic. She’s passionate about boosting the confidence of everyone who wants to make the world a better place. Outside of work, she’s a big traveler, loves hiking in the mountains, and enjoys sailing on the sea.
